The City of Coconut Creek Procurement Division is proud to be recognized for its commitment to excellence in public procurement, earning several respected industry honors that reflect strong practices, innovation, and leadership.

The Award of Excellence in Public Procurement, presented by the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials (FAPPO), recognizes agencies that meet or exceed established benchmarks and best practices in the procurement profession, including innovation, professionalism, e-procurement, productivity, and leadership.

The Division has also received the Achievement of Excellence in Procurement from the National Procurement Institute (NPI), which honors organizations demonstrating excellence through high professional standards and the consistent application of best practices.

In addition, the Division earned the QA4 Accreditation for Quality Public Procurement from the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), a foundational accreditation recognizing the establishment of sound procurement policies, procedures, and practices. Building on that achievement, the Division also received the Outstanding Agency Accreditation Achievement (OA4) from NIGP, a higher-level recognition that reflects excellence in public procurement through the implementation of comprehensive standards and leading practices.
