Trunk or Treat Entry Form

Your submission of this application does not guarantee participation in the event. To participate, please complete the following form and return it by October 22, 2026. Please e-mail this application to lmoleiro@coconutcreek.gov

• $100 Business Space: Vendor Entrance Fee
• $20 Non-Profit Fee – Must provide proof of 501(c)(3) non-profit status in the form of a Tax ID number, Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption, or other acceptable governmental documentation.
• Free for Coconut Creek Schools

Trunk or Treat Rules

All organizations participating as a vendor must agree to the rules and regulations below:

• Vendors should be authorized to act on behalf of their company or organization and be lawfully able to promote the company and its products, whether physical goods or services.
• This is a rain-or-shine event. There are no refunds for entry into this event on the day of or after the event.
• Vendors must run an activity or game at their station during the event.
• Vendors must supply an adequate amount of candy for the event (approximately 500 participants).
• Vendors must provide the City with a list of staff who will be in attendance, as well as the vehicle information for the vehicle participating, at least one week prior to the event.
• If mailing a check under a different company or organization name than the participating vendor’s name, the vendor must send a copy of the Entry Form along with the payment.
• Vehicles provided by vendors must be clean, maintained, have an attendant, and not create any potential risk to attendees throughout the event.
• Vendors are not permitted to hire outside vendors to perform services or provide products at Movie in the Graveyard.
• Vendors may not ask attendees to provide a Social Security number, bank account information, driver's license, or any other information considered sensitive.
• Vendors must inform the City at least 24 hours before the event by written email if they are no longer able to attend Movie in the Graveyard.
• Vendors are responsible for their own equipment. Power banks are permitted. No generators, balloons, speakers, or amplified music are allowed.
